By completing the form below and providing the attached template, you are requesting the issue of your official SFIA skills badges, and/or, your official Skills Verification Transcript for your completed units/subjects.
If you are selecting multiple SFIA badges (under the Qualification Bundle), you will also be issued your official SFIA Skills Transcript in pdf format. This transcript can be attached to you CV when applying for employment opportunities.
Your badges are issued via Credly, our official badging platform. These can be shared with employers as well as on your social media profiles (such as LinkedIn). They will also be automatically made available on your Skills Passport once issued.
